They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. I have some seasonal inner ear dizziness issues and they always remember when sitting me back up. Their office is state of the art and very welcoming. Appointments seem appropriately timed as I have never had to wait a long time. Advice and service are top notch.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Bark River Dental does a great job for their patients! They are very pleasant to deal with and are extremely accommodating. I was first referred to them after having a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in the next day and completely took care of the pain! They have convenient hours and they even have TV's in the room! They really do make a trip to the dentist as pleasant as possible.

All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

What a pleasant experience! That isn't easy to say for a dentist visit. I am a new patient and my first visit to this office was a welcoming experience. All of the staff is very accommodating, and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable all of the time. I take great pride in my teeth, so to know that the dentist and his staff cares as much as I do, makes me feel really comfortable. The office is immaculate, and their equipment and procedures are much more updated than my former dentist's office was. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone, in fact, I have already converted some of my friends and family! Nice job, keep up the great work.

I've gone here since I've had teeth to be cleaned. I'm 25 now, residing 30 minutes away and I still commute to this office. I've found closer offices that are cheaper but still choose this location. My experience for 20+ years has been nothing but good. Between a cavity being filled, two preventative crowns, biannual cleanings and a tooth being removed to make room for my braces the staff has been amazing!
